Although the flower sweep is a basic sweep, getting the perfect timing requires plenty of practice. This is a very effective sweep you can use as your opponent begins to stand up. If you wait too long, your opponent will have too much base, so it’s important to do the flower sweep as your opponent starts to get his butt off of his heels.
